The artists participating in the Folkestone Triennial are invited to use the town as their ‘canvas’, creating major new public works which respond to both local issues and international themes. This year’s programme, which opens officially tomorrow, includes new work by Ian Hamilton Finlay, Yoko Ono and Pablo Bronstein among others.
